Madison National Bank
The senior management team of Madison National Bank will operate the institution as a locally based commercial bank serving the banking needs of individuals, professionals and businesses in a market that recognizes the desirability of local decision making. As a locally owned and operated community bank, there will be a significant focus on service that is highly personalized, efficient and responsive to local needs.
We have assembled engaged, qualified and motivated executives and believe that our combined experience and expertise is well suited for a newly-chartered bank in our market. We possess significant banking experience in developing all facets of successful financial institutions. Our executive team held key leadership roles in one of the nation’s most successful de novo branch franchises.
The demise of the community bank and continued consolidation dominated by large impersonal institutions presents this market with a unique opportunity. Madison National Bank will re-engage the customer with a focus and understanding that has long been neglected. The Madison National Foundation
The purpose of The Madison National Foundation is to provide funding to support charitable causes and community development activities in the communities served by the Bank. The Madison National Foundation will be dedicated completely to community activities and the promotion of charitable causes, and may be able to support such activities in manners that are not presently available to the Bank, such as direct grants. We believe that The Madison National Foundation will enable us to assist the communities within our market area, in areas beyond community development and lending.
