- No. The Bank initially will not pay cash dividends on the common stock, and it does not anticipate paying cash dividends in the foreseeable future. Since the Bank is a start-up operation, it will be the Bank’s policy to reinvest earnings for the period of time necessary to help insure the success of its operations.
